Quality Saw is a local company who had a terrible web site. Instead of the text and single image they had endured, they wanted a site that contained a searchable catalog of their products. This seemed like an easy job until it was discovered that they had over 10,000 products. The problem was that Quality Saw manufactures blades with several different measurements for various cutting devices that can vary by as little as a few milimeters. To solve this, Sam Hilson and I created a simple front-end design and a robust back-end CMS (Content Management System) which allows Quality Saw to populate a database with all of their products regardless of the slightest differences in measurement.
Recently I was told that Quality Saw has heard from several customers who were pleased with the ability to search for and find the blade they needed.
